Less Is More: Pure Drop Essential oils are packed with powerful constituents in every drop. One drop is sufficient to provide every cell in the body with vital resources in seconds. Do not fall into the trap of “if a little is good, a lot must be even better!" Too much exposure to the potent constituents of our essential oils in a short period of time could overstimulate the body's response and create a "healing crisis." Detox Warning: Essential oils aid in the removal of toxins from within the body. As such, detox symptoms (aka "a healing crisis") such as headaches, nausea, or a rash may occur. If you are experiencing any of these symptoms , drink plenty of water to help flush out the toxins and discontinue using essential oils until symptoms subside. Monitor future use closely to avoid recurrent symptoms. Seizure Disorders: People with a history of seizures and who are under a doctor's care should exercise caution when using these essential oils. Dermal Sensitivity: If you experience any sensitivity reactions to these essential oils, DO NOT FLUSH WITH WATER; instead, immediately apply a carrier oil to the area to dilute the effect and soothe the skin. Pregnancy: Always use essential oils in moderation and knowledgeably when pregnant. Be particularly cautious with blends that contain clary sage, Peppermint, and Chamomile, as hormone-modulating essential oils may stimulate premature contractions.
